General Waiver for Longhorn Cavern State Park

NOTICE: By participating in the cave tour (“Tour”), the ticket holder (“Holder”) ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER incidental to the Tour, and all
other activities or events at Longhorn Cavern State Park (“Park”) before, during, or after the Tour (“Park Events”), including, but not limited to,
dangerous natural or man-made conditions, including hazardous walking conditions, loose, uneven, or slippery terrain, steep paths, vertical drops, limited lighting and visibility, and the presence of poisonous plants and/or animals (“Risks”), and further acknowledges that attendance at the Park and Park Events is voluntary, and hereby RELEASES, TO THE FURTHEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Longhorn Cavern Outfitters, LLC (“LCO”), My Texas Parks, LLC (“MTP”), Sweet Marley’s, LLC (SM), and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (“TPWD”), together with their respective agents, players,
officers, employees, and owners for injuries or loss of personal property resulting from such Risks, the ordinary negligence (but NOT gross negligence or intentional malfeasance) of the above-listed entities, or any incidents associated with crowds of people. If Holder is accompanying a minor(s) on a Tour, by allowing the minor(s) to participate in the Tour with Holder, Holder is deemed to have given all of the foregoing releases and waivers on behalf of such minor(s). If Holder does not wish to or is not authorized to grant such releases and waivers on behalf of the accompanied minor(s), Holder should immediately remove the minor(s) from the Tour. The Holder and any accompanying minor(s) are admitted to the Park on condition that the Holder consents to the releases contained herein.

REVOCABLE LICENSE: The revocable license granted by this ticket will be terminated, and ejection, detention, or arrest may result for violating any law or any LCO or MTP policy, including littering, destruction of natural habitat, offensive language, or disruptive behavior. This ticket is nonrefundable.
