Overview

BOOKING POLICIES

Read these policies carefully before submitting your booking request.

Available to schools that are outside same-day field trip driving distance. (Schools within same-day driving distance should complete a K-12 Walking Tour booking request.)
Each class period requires its own live stream booking.
Live streams assume an average of 30-35 students per period (varies by school).
Live streams are designed to be joined from one shared classroom device with appropriate A/V capabilities.
Live streams are delivered via Zoom Meetings. Other streaming services may be supported on a case-by-case basis.

Group bookings cancelled 14 days before the confirmed live stream date are eligible for a full refund.
Group bookings cancelled 7 to 13 days before the confirmed live stream date are eligible for a refund less 20% of the total price.
Group bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the confirmed live stream date forfeit the total price.
Group bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the confirmed live stream date may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Attach a valid Texas Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate (.pdf or .jpg; max 3MB). The name on the method of payment must match the name listed on the top of the certificate.
